Prince Edward County is only 2 hours east of Toronto, 2.5 hours southwest of Ottawa, 4 hours west of Montreal, 7 hours west of Quebec City, 3.5 hours northwest of Syracuse, 8 hours northwest of New York, or 8.5 hours northwest of Boston.
Prince Edward County is home to over three dozen wineries and vineyards, countless exciting art galleries, working artists' studios, fine and casual dining, jazz and other music festivals, numerous tempting sweet and cheese shops, healing spas, hiking trails, miles/kilometres of bicycle and motorcycle quiet roadways. Lake Ontario is marvellous for sailing and offers many historic diving spots. And don’t miss the famous Sandbanks Provincial Park with its breathtaking sand dunes.
